There are two main requirements for the location of the Zoom session:

1. You must be able to perform the swing you want to work on and hit a ball. Ideally, you will do this at your practice facility or in a golf simulator. If you have a facility at home or are able to hit balls in your yard, that works as well.

2. You will need a stable Internet connection.

For the technical setup, you need to be able to film yourself with your phone. Your smartphone should be mounted on a tripod/stick and have a good camera setup with your full body in the screen and the following perspectives:

• For putts, short game swings & bunker shots, the camera will be facing you.

• For drives, full swings and iron shots, the camera will look where your backswing is going.

During the 15-minute lesson, Prof. Chou will create your custom phrase. He will also use this time to tweak it if necessary to make sure the phrase fits your swing perfectly.

Your swing will be overlaid with the custom Audio Golf phrase to help you execute that swing more consistently much faster and on the course. Along with the implementation instructions, you will receive the phrase in writing for ease of use and as a sound file. This leaves no room for mistakes in remembering tempo and emphasis points.

In a Zoom Coaching session, our custom phrases usually work perfectly after a few feedback iterations. However, if after the session you feel that the phrase is not producing the desired swing result, you can upload a recording of yourself performing the swing using the phrase. Prof Chou will then give you feedback on the execution and adjust the phrase if necessary.

If a student is not able to implement the phrase effectively during the Zoom Coaching, we will refund the full price. We ask the student to inform us immediately and then cancel the training. Otherwise, we will assume that the student is satisfied with our service. If the Zoom Coaching is fully completed, there will be no refund.

After the Audio Golf Zoom Coaching

• Sound Check: Prof. Chou offers a free 30-day support service via video call to make sure that the phrases get implemented correctly. You also have the option of uploading a recording of yourself performing the swing with the phrase. Prof. Chou will then provide feedback on the execution and tweak the phrase if necessary.

• Technical Check: Our trainings are supervised by professional golf instructors to address technical issues. However, if these issues go beyond the scope of the Audio Golf training or reoccur after the course, we ask students to seek the assistance of their own golf instructor.
